Removing badges and emblems with induction heating

Minimize labor and consumables associated with the removal of badges, emblems and vinyl decals. The adheasive is removed with the badge because the panel behind the badge is heated while the badge remains cool. This causes the adheasive to loose its bond with the panel while maintaining firm grip with the badge. In many cases, the original tape on the badge/emblem can be re-used, eliminating the costly time consuming step of re-taping and cutting the adheasive. Post clean up after removing the badge is almost eliminated reducing the need for solvents and abrasives. Vinyl letters and graphics are quickly and easily removed without leaving any adheasive on the panel.
